Trinity Salazar, DSW, LCSW
Dr. Trinity Salazar, DSW, LCSW, is a warm and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. With over a decade of clinical experience, she specializes in supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Dr. Salazar holds a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and is trained in evidence-based approaches including CBT, TFCBT, and Family-Centered Therapy. She creates a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
As co-founder of In Session Therapeutic Services, PLLC, Dr. Salazar provides virtual therapy for children, adults, and families. She brings a deep understanding of military life and a compassionate, strengths-based approach to every session—helping you move forward with confidence and clarity.
Samantha Maybern, LCSW
Samantha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), has over 10 years experience working in outpatient and inpatient mental health, substance abuse treatment, child protective services, military-family life counseling, and long-term care settings. She specializes in building and developing coping skills to manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and other stressors of life. Her approach is based on the belief that we all experience challenges to stretch and grow us — you have the strength within you and with guidance, support, and the right tools you can begin to overcome these challenges.

Sarah Teague, LCSW
Sarah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), brings over nine years of mental health experience, including six years in clinical settings like outpatient clinics, in-home care, and specialized centers for sexual assault, violence, homelessness, and addictions. A former Behavioral Health Officer in the US Army, she has expertise in treating issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, marital conflicts, workplace challenges, financial stress, and self-esteem struggles. With a holistic, warm, and collaborative approach, Sarah aims to create a nonjudgmental, shame-free space where clients can freely express themselves, empowering them as the experts of their own lives to tackle problems and foster self-awareness.
Dena Winter, LCSWA
Dena, a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate, is passionate about helping children and families navigate the challenges life throws our way—while discovering just how worthy and resilient they truly are. She earned her Master of Social Work from Boise State University in 2020 and has since focused on supporting at-risk children and their families through difficult seasons. Her approach comes from a firm belief that everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space where they feel heard, valued, and empowered to create positive, lasting change. As a military spouse and mom of three, she understands the complexities that comes with life’s transitions, family dynamics, and the need for support.
